Yogen is a decentralized prediction market platform built on Canton Network. It lets you trade on the outcomes of real-world events using virtual currency called Canton Coins (CC). Yogen is not a financial exchange, a gambling platform, or an investment service.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Prediction market prices reflect crowd sentiment, not guarantees of future outcomes. You shouldn't treat any information on Yogen as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

If you're making real-world financial decisions, please consult a qualified professional. We can't and don't provide that kind of guidance.

All trading on Yogen happens with Canton Coins (CC), a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. CC can't be exchanged for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of real money. You can't withdraw CC as cash, and it holds no value outside this platform.

We may adjust CC balances, supply, or mechanics at any time to maintain platform integrity.

When you connect to Yogen, an embedded wallet is created and stored locally in your browser. You're responsible for keeping your device and browser data secure. If you clear your browser storage or lose access to your device, your wallet and CC balance may be unrecoverable.

Don't share your wallet credentials. You're responsible for all activity that happens through your wallet.

By using Yogen, you agree to:

• Use the platform in good faith and follow these terms
• Take responsibility for your own trading decisions
• Not attempt to manipulate markets or exploit platform bugs
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

Yogen creates and manages prediction markets. We can modify, pause, or cancel any market at any time if we determine it's necessary, for example if a market question becomes ambiguous, the underlying event is canceled, or resolution criteria can't be met.

When a market is resolved, the outcome is determined by our resolution process. Our resolution decisions are final. If a market is voided, all shares are refunded at their original purchase price.

Yogen charges a 2% fee on net winnings. This fee is deducted automatically when a market resolves in your favor. There are no fees on losing positions or when purchasing shares.

Yogen is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We don't warrant the accuracy of market prices, resolution outcomes, or any content on the platform.

While we do our best to keep things running smoothly, software has bugs and blockchains have limitations. Use the platform with that understanding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogen and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but isn't limited to, loss of virtual currency, lost profits, data loss, or any damages resulting from platform downtime or errors.

Since CC has no real monetary value, our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to zero.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Yogen after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

For significant changes, we'll try to give reasonable notice through the platform.
